Ingredients:
400g Pork Sausage Meat,
640g Pastry
Fancy larger sausage rolls?
Instead of cutting into quarters during step 4, simply cut them in half.
1. Roll out the pastry
2. Put a slice of sausage meat onto the edge of the pastry and roll over so the pastry covers the sausage meat.
3. Slice the pastry to form one long sausage roll.
4. Repeat stages 2 and 3 until all the sausage meat has been used.
5. Cut the long sausage rolls into quarters.
6. Put on a baking tray and cook on 200oC for about 20-25 minutes.
7. Dish up and enjoy!
