800g Rhubarb,
250g Plain Flour,
155g Sugar
125g Butter
Don't like the feel of crumbling the flour and butter?
You could either wear gloves or use a spoon to cut lines acrosss the mixing bowl and this will work just as well.
1. Cut the sticks of rhubarb into 2cm long chucks
2. Put in a glass dish and springkle with 30g of sugar.
2. Tip the flour, butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and use your fingers to crumble up into a fine powder with no lumbs of butter. It should look slightly yellow in colour.
3. Sprinkle the crumble mix on the top of the rhubarb.
4. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes on 200o.
5. Dish up and enjoy!
