Plum Crumble

Ingredients:

20 Plums,
250g Plain Flour,
125g Butter
125g Sugar

Method:

1. Cut the plums into quarters and put in a glass dish.
2. Tip the flour, butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and use your fingers to crumble up into a powder.
3. Sprinkle the crumble mix on the top of the plums.
4. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes on 200o.
5. Dish up and enjoy!
