Ingredients:
280g Pizza Base,
100g Chopped Tomatoes,
3 tablespoons of Oregano,
3 tablespoons of Basil,
50g Cheese
Method:
1. Roll out the pizza base and use a teaspoon to cover with a thin layer of chopped
tomatoes.
2. Sprinkle the oregano and basil on top of the tomatoes.
3. Roll the pizza base up into a cylinder and put on a backing tray.
4. Put in the oven for 10 minutes on 200o.
5. Take the pizza base out of the oven and chop into 6 circles.
6. Place them flat on the backing tray and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Put back in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
8. Dish up and enjoy!
