Pizza - Makes 2 bases

Ingredients:

Pizza base:
500g White bread flour,
1 tablespoon Sunflower oil,
1 teaspoon Salt,
7g Dried yeast,
300ml Water,
Toppings:
400g Chopped tomatoes,
2 teaspoons Oregano,
4 slices Ham,
8 slices Salami,
8 slices Chorizo,
2 Sausages,
4 tablespoons Sweetcorn,
400g Cheese

To save time:

If you are extra hungry and don't have time to make your own bases, you could use a pre made base and start at number 6.


Method:

1. Mix together the flour, oil, salt, yeast and water until all stuck together.
2. Tip onto a slightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes.
3. Put into and bowl and cover with cling film, leave somewhere warm to rise.
4. Knead again for 2 minutes and spilt into 2 equal pieces.
5. Roll out both pieces as circular as possible.


6. Spread the chopped tomatoes over the bases but leave a thin gap around the edge and then sprinkle with oregano.
7. Cut the ham into squares and slice the sausages.
8. Put the meat and sweetcorn onto the pizza bases and cover with cheese.
9. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes on 200oc.
10. Dish up and enjoy!
