Pineapple upside down cake

Ingredients:

200g Self raising flour,
225g Sugar,
200g Melted butter,
4 Eggs,
1 Pineapple

Method:

1. Peel the pineapple and remove the core.
2. Cut the pineapple into ¼ from top to bottom and slice.
3. Mix the butter, sugar, flour and eggs together in a mixing bowl.
4. Put the pineapple in the bottom of a dish and spread the mixture over the top of the pineapple.
5. Put in the oven for 40 minutes on 200oc.
6. Dish up by turning upside down and enjoy!
