Ingredients:
125g Butter,
150g Sugar,
190g Self Raising Flour,
125ml Pineapple Pulp,
60ml Milk,
1 Egg
Method:
1. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan.
2. Put flour, Pineapple pulp, milk and the egg in a mixing bowl.
3. When butter and sugar has melted, tip into the mixing bowl.
4. Mix well.
5. Pour into cake cases and put on a baking tray.
6. Put in a warm oven for 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Dish up and enjoy!
