Ingredients:
1 Onion,
¼ of a Cabbage
2 Carrot,
2 Celery stick,
40g Spaghetti,
20g Garlic butter,
400g chopped tomatoes,
2 Vegetable stock cubes,
1 tablespoons of parsley,
2 tablespoons of oil,
600ml Water
Method:
1. Peel and cut the onion and carrot.
2. Cut the celery and cabbage.
3. Put the vegetables and oil in a frying pan, fry on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Crumble the vegetable stock cube into a saucepan and add the water.
5. Once the stock cube has dissolved tip in the chopped tomatoes.
6. Mix together and bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Stir together and add the vegetables from the frying pan.
8. Break up the spaghetti and add it to the saucepan.
9. Then add the garlic butter and sprinkle in the parsley.
10. Stir together and cook on a medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring every few moments.
11. Dish up and enjoy!
