Mince Pies

Ingredients:

200g Mincemeat,
640g Shortcrust Pastry

Method:

1. Roll out the pastry and cut half into circles and the other half into slightly smaller circles. (You could use two round pastry cutters.)
2. Put the larger circles into a cake dish and use a tea spoon to scoop in the mincemeat.
3. Put the smaller circles on top of the mincemeat and push together with the larger circle of pastry underneath.
4. Put in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes on 200o.
5. Dish up and enjoy!
