Ingredients:
200g Self raising flour,
225g Sugar,
200g Melted butter,
4 Eggs,
4 Big apples
Method:
1. Cut the apples into 1/8.
2. Boil the apples in a saucepan and sprinkle with 25g of sugar, until soft.
3. Mix the butter, sugar, flour and eggs together in a mixing bowl.
4. Put the apple in the bottom of a dish and spread the mixture over the top of the apple.
5. Put in the oven for 40 minutes on 200oc.
6. Dish up and enjoy!
