Ingredients:
150g Shortcrust Pastry,
200g Dates,
Splash of Milk
Method:
1. Roll out the pastry into rectangle
shape
2. Cut the dates into slices.
3. Sprinkle the dates on to the pastry, so that it is completely covered.
4. Roll the pasty into a cylinder shape.
5. Brush with milk.
6. Put in the oven on 200o for about 20-25 minutes.
7. When golden brown take out of oven.
8. Dish up and enjoy!
