Ingredients:
200g Self Raising Flour,
200g Sugar,
200g Butter,
50g Dried Coconut,
4 Eggs
Method:
1. Put the butter in a bowl and place in the microwave until melted.
2. Put the flour, sugar, melted butter and coconut in a mixing bowl.
3. Crack the eggs into the mixing bowl and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into some cake cases and cook for 20 minutes on 200o.
5. Dish up and enjoy!
