Burgers

Ingredients:

500g Minced beef,
1 Small onion,
1 Egg

Method:

1.  Cut the onion into small pieces.

2.  Put the minced beef and onion into a mixing bowl.

3.  Use your hands to mix it.

4.  Then pick up a hand full of mixture and squish together in to a burger shape.

5.  Repeat step 4 until all your burgers are made.

6.  Put some oil in a frying pan and put the burgers in as well.

7.  Cook on a medium heat, every couple of minutes turn the burgers over until brown.

8.  Dish up and enjoy!

9. If you want cheese, tomato or lettuce with your burger, then you can.
