Breakfast Slices - Serves 4

Ingredients:

8 Chipolata sausages,
4 slices of Bacon,
150g Beans,
2 Scrambled Eggs,
320g Pastry

Method:                             

1. Put the sausages into a dish and cook in the oven for about 25 minutes on 180oc, cook until slightly brown.
2. Roll out the pastry and cut into 4 equal sections.
3. Diagonally put a slice of bacon and 2 sausages on top of each section.
4. Spoon the beans and egg down the side of each sausage.
5. Fold two edges over to the oposite side of the pastry.

6. Put on a baking tray and cook on 180Oc for about 20 minutes.
7. Dish up and enjoy!
