Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients:

5 slices of buttered Bread,
3 heaped tablespoons of Sugar,
Sprinkling of Nutmeg,
1 pint of Milk,
75g Raisins,
3 Eggs

Method:

1. Cut the bread into triangle quarters.
2. Hold a dish at a 90o angle and layer the bread and raisins starting with bread.
3. Put the sugar, milk and eggs in a jug and mix well.
4. Put the dish flat on the side and pour the milk over the bread.
5. Sprinkle the nutmeg over all the pudding.
6. Put in the oven for 30–40 minutes on 200o.
7. Dish up and enjoy!
