Banana Fingers - Serves 12

Ingredients:

225g Self raising flour,
175g Caster sugar
100g Oats,
100g Raisins,
3 Mashed bananas,
175g Butter

Method:

1. Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the flour, oats, bananas and raisins.
3. Mix together and spread onto a greased baking tray.
4. Put in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes on 200oc until golden brown.
5. Once cooked cut into 12 equal pieces.
6. Dish up and enjoy!
