Ingredients:
190g Self Raising Flour,
150g Sugar,
125g Butter,
2 mashed Bananas,
60ml Milk,
1 Egg
Method:
1. Put the butter and sugar into a saucepan and melt on a low heat.
2. Once the butter has melted; Put the flour, sugar, melted butter, milk and banana in a mixing bowl.
3. Crack the eggs into the mixing bowl and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into some cake cases and cook for 20 minutes on 200o.
5. Dish up and enjoy!
