Ingredients:
320g Puff Pastry,
6 Slices of Bacon,
6 Slices of Cheese,
1 Tomatoes
Method:
1. Roll out the pastry.
2. Cut the pastry into six equal square sections.
3. Put a piece of bacon diagonally on top of each square of pastry.
4. Put a piece of cheese on top of the bacon.
5. Slice the tomato and put a slice on top of the cheese.
6. Fold two corners of the pastry over to the middle.
7. Put some grease proof paper on a backing tray and then the bacon and cheese turns.
8. Put in a warm oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
9. Dish up and enjoy!
