Ingredients:
200g Mincemeat,
3 Apples,
320g Pastry
Method:
1. Roll out the pastry and cut the apples into slices.
2. Fold and then un-fold the pastry to make a line to mark half way.
3. Put the slices of apple in lines on one half of the pastry and use a spoon to spread the mincemeat over the top of the apples.
4. Put some more lines of apple on top of the mincemeat and fold the pastry in half again so it covers all the apple and mincemeat.
5. Use a fork to press down the edges and use a paint brush to milk the top.
6. Put the strudel on a baking tray and put in the oven on 200o for about 20 minutes.
7. Dish up and enjoy!
